Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms govern your use of https://www.yallabot.net/ and the YallaBot platform (the "Service"), operated by Extend Advertising, a company registered in Cairo, Egypt ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE

YallaBot is a subscription platform that lets a business manage its own customer communication and marketing across Meta's platforms — Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp — from a single dashboard. Features include automated Messenger and Instagram replies, comment management, content scheduling, WhatsApp messaging through Meta's Cloud API, advertising management, lead collection and a basic online store.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent. The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT

Access is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Fees are stated at the point of purchase and are payable in advance. A subscription remains active for the period paid for; if it is not renewed, access to paid features stops at the end of that period.

We may change our prices. Any change applies from your next renewal, never in the middle of a period you have already paid for.

YOUR CONTENT AND YOUR ACCOUNTS

You own your content. Any content you upload, and any data belonging to the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business Accounts and ad accounts you connect, remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service on your behalf — to store, process and transmit that content so the features you enable actually work. That permission ends when you disconnect the asset or close your account.

You are responsible for having the right to use the content you upload and for the lawfulness of the messages you send through the Service.

USE OF META PLATFORMS

The Service connects to Meta's platforms through their official APIs. When you use those features you are also bound by Meta's own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Platform Terms.

You agree in particular that you will:

1. Obtain valid opt-in from every person before messaging them on WhatsApp, and honour opt-out requests promptly.

2. Not send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content prohibited by Meta's policies.

3. Only connect Pages, accounts and ad accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

4. Accept that Meta may restrict, suspend or ban a phone number, Page or account for policy violations, and that such action is Meta's decision and outside our control.

We may suspend features on your account if we are notified of, or reasonably believe there is, a breach of these obligations.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content; to impersonate another person or business; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other users' data; to interfere with or overload our infrastructure; or to resell access to the Service without our written agreement.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service itself — its software, interface, design, branding and documentation — belongs to us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you the right to use it, not to copy, modify, decompile, resell or republish it.

AVAILABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Parts of the Service depend on third-party platforms — principally Meta — and changes, outages or policy decisions on their side can affect what the Service can do.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, criminal activity, natural disasters, failures of communications or infrastructure, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify us against claims brought by a third party arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or where required by a platform we depend on.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify account holders before it takes effect.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

We ask that you contact us first — most issues are resolved far faster that way than through a formal process.
